SHORTSTAY TERMS AND CONDITION FOR APARTMENT
- Guests) must NOT damage any property in the Apartment. Guests) shall bear the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged property or shall be deducted from their CAUTION FEE (if paid CAUTION FEE covers the cost of repair or replacement)
- All guests must pay a sum of N50,000.00 caution fee which is refunded within 24 hours after check out. Caution fee shall be fully refunded if there are no damage(s) found in the apartment during your stay.
- Guests must NOT fight or cause public nuisance with the environment as you risk losing your caution fee
- SMOKING within the apartment is NOT ALLOWED. Please locate outdoor sit-out for smoking.
- Please notify the front office for Drinks or Water. Drinks and Water provided in the apartment are strictly FOR SALE.

- Parties, game night, baby/bridal showers, engagement/proposals etc. attract an additional nightly rate Of N70,000.00
- Maximum number of quests allowed is 15. The management should be duly informed if number of expected guest exceeds 15.
- Guests) must NOT damage any property in the Apartment. Guests) shall bear the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged property or shall be deducted from their CAUTION FEE (if paid CAUTION FEE covers the cost of repair or replacement).
- Wandering within the premises, car park, building entrance is NOT allowed.
- SMOKING within the apartment is NOT ALLOWED. Please locate outdoor sit-out for smoking.
- No human trafficking or sex hawkers are allowed in the premises.
- Guests must NOT fight or cause public nuisance with the environment as you risk losing your caution fee.
- Please notify the front office for Drinks or Water. Drinks and Water provided in the apartment are strictly FOR SALE.
PLEASE NOTE:
- GUEST REGISTRATION FORM – In order to keep adequate records, guests are required to provide us the following information: Full Name, Means of Identification, Official Address, Nationality, Gender e.t.c.
- The CCTV coverage system in the house covers every single information outside the main building, there’s proof of violation of these terms if found guilty
- Guests must NOT check out from the apartment without the housekeeper crosschecking the apartment. (Check out time is strictly 12:00Noon)
- We are NOT responsible for any lost property or missing belongings, always cross-check your luggage before checking out.
- We provide every guest bed linen, duvet and towels. kindly note that these items are NOT TO BE TAKEN AWAY.
- QUIET HOURS – 1:00a.m to 7a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact staff immediately. Woofers, Televisions and other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times.
- Sparkles Apartments offers free fast Wi-Fi. We strictly prohibit the guests from using the internet for illegal activities. Any use of the Wi-Fi network for illegal activities can lead to fines and cancellation of the reservation or reporting to relevant security agencies.
- CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE APARTMENT’S POLICY/HOUSE RULES – Sparkles Apartments reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these Apartment’s Policies/House Rules or the arrangements and content featured on our website at any time without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for updates to our Policies/House Rules. Any modification to these Policies/House Rules that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservations agreement with us.
- ILLNESS AND EPIDEMICS – Sparkles Apartments reserves the right to refuse accommodations to a guest arriving with a contagious disease. In cases where sickness occurs during the stay, please notify the staff. In the case of serious sickness, you may be requested to receive appropriate health care from a nearby healthcare facility. During epidemics, we are entitled to employ precautionary measures within our judgment or as required by local authorities. The cleanliness of our rooms is extremely important to our guests. If you bring any infestation into your room or onto our Apartment premises, we may charge you for any and all costs and expenses, including immediate or urgent response requirements and loss of room revenue, that we deem necessary to address the infestation.
- CANCELLATION/EXTENSION – Sparkles Apartments is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. In case of direct bookings: Free cancellation 7 days before check-in. After that, guests can cancel up to 2 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate. Booking coming from an OTA: Please check your cancellation policy on the platform of the OTA (e.g. Airbnb and Booking.com) or contact our staff. Any extension of stay is subject to availability of apartment. Kindly notify staff to confirm availability.
